    Really pretty bad

I have been working at Serco as a contractor

    Pros

Generally my coworkers are friendly and supportive. They were willing to answer questions and give support, especially when I first started. The training I have received has been good.

    Cons

Management is completely disorganised, I have not received a contract despite having worked for this company for a considerable amount of time. I am subjected to constant phone calls, even on days off and holidays due to lack of communication within management. Overall, I feel that management is severely lacking and I would not work for this company again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seriously, have more consideration for your employees.

The relationship with the company are fare and there is dialogue.

    Cons

The company acts in my business as body rental company. The career is not defined, the anaul training are reduced at the minimum and are not related with performances or goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management should invest in the infastructure of the company in my business line and promote mobility of workers.
