Great Startup Job

General Clerk II (Current Employee) Rogers, AR

ProsStable hours, full benefits, Nice introductory job into office work. 401(k) with company match, decent pay, Gained extensive knowledge of Affordable Care Act, Paid Federal Holidays off, vacation time after one year

ConsThings are constantly changing, within the same hour you can be working fast and well and suddenly, you're told not work or are out of work. Periods of "feast and famine" in terms of work to be done. Inconsistent direction from management. Not much opportunity to move up. Uneven promotional standards.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeeds more opportunity for moving up in the company, try to hire more from within, not just outisde. Needs better trainers. Greater preparation to deal with major changes.
