I have been working at Service Corporation International

Pros – Nice customers, benefits, 401 K (matching) professional atmosphere. Inside and outside work. Time off as requested without question. Vacation, sick time and paid holidays.

Cons – Upper management all about greed and how to figure a way to take something away from the employee and customer. Changes in pay from salary plus commission to a draw against min. wage.

Advice to Senior Management – If you want to keep real professionals, invest in the people you have and weed out a few but stop the constant turn over of employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
