Pros

Die Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel. Management ist großartig und gibt einem die Macht, gute Entscheidungen für die Credit Union zu treffen.

Hours are flexible. Management is great in giving you the power to make good choices for the credit union.

Cons

Senior Management ist schrecklich. Sie wollen wissen, womit man unzufrieden ist, während man dort arbeitet (durch Umfragen) aber wenn man seine Frustrationen angibt, haben alle SENIOR-Führungskräfte Ausreden, warum die Dinge nicht veränderbar sind.

Senior Management is horrendous. They want to know what you are dissatisfied with while you are working there (taking survey's) but when you give your frustrations, all SENIOR management does is make excuses why things cannot be changed.

Advice to Management

Branch leadership is good. More praise for all of the hard work we do would be greatly appreciated and I think the staff would truly appreciate it.

    I worked at Service Credit Union (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Fairly stable work environment. Middle management is dependable and hardworking and often drops everything to work on a problem for you. It is relatively easy to gain new responsibilities if you are willing to work hard and help others.

    Cons

    If you get stuck on 2nd or 3rd shift, you're never going to get out of that. If upper management wants to keep you in the contact center, they will personally sabotage your attempts to transfer to other departments. And if you don't want to become a loan officer, your career there is pretty much dead. Not enough raises or incentives for the work that employees do. Not enough personal recognition for those who go above and beyond.

    Advice to Management

    Implement an employee encouragement program, raise your starting wage, and help employees reach their career goals, even if that means leaving the call center. Recognize your CSRs and middle management team more. They bear all the weight there.
