Current Employee – been working at ServiceMaster
Pros – Support/ Admin staff & Technicians are good people. Sales commission is very good.
Cons – The work is seasonal, makes health insurance impossible in the off season. Hard on a family/ social life, long hours.
Advice to Senior Management – People management is woefully outdated, functions largely on derision and belittlement of employees "because it's always been done that way".
