ProsExpect the best, you need the best...ServiceNow enables its PS team to actually innovate and meet customer need instead of locking you into what you can't do..quick path to development work both in the field and on the platform

Constime cards, time cards, time cards.. have to account for all hours worked but its expected being a public company and having to account for the bottom line..sometimes you just want to 'geek out' and worry about the paperwork later... but business is business

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep growing the company, you do your part we will do ours!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Technology is interesting, management is lousy

Pros: -Company has a lot of money to spend and rewards… Cons: -Terrible internal processes in place. No true CRM or way to manage sales cycle -Onboarding of new employees… Advice to Senior Management: -Invest heavily in improving internal processes -Step up in employee onboarding.
