Pros

Good place with great people, promoting good culture of team work. Tremendous growth opportunities in the region. Good potentials as there are lots to be done.

Cons

With fast growth comes potential speed bumps. May need to be more on par with other organization's remuneration package offered.

Advice to Management

Congratulations on the success. With the growth, hope there would be equal focus on offices outside of US for opportunities and recognition.

    Pros

Good place to start with if you have no experience in Sales or if you are a graduate. Salary & benefits become interesting when you reach Senior Rep level.

    Cons

Start salary & benefit lower than average for the industry. The promotions often depend more on the nepotism policy than work. It is not unheard of having Senior Management blatantly lying and/or misleading people on potential coming promotions to ensure people will stay longer. The company is experiencing a very high turnover as lots of employees leave to work for other Sales companies since they are dissatisfied with the company policies. The reps are expected to work long hours but overtime is not paid. Weekend work is only compensated by additional days off. No financial incentive there. The company has a secrecy policy bordering on the ridicule. People handing over resignations are not allowed to mention it till the day they actually leave. Promotions are also to be kept secret for months at a time. The internal communication is improving since the new VP has taken over though. If your team is led by a Client Director who does not care about it, it is going to be very difficult to grow as the manager has to report to him for promotion decisions.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to stop thinking that the reps and "low-level" staff cannot think for themselves. There is nothing more demotivating that the feeling of being looked down, condescendant behaviour and disrespect.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    1) Good renumeration - at least for most people who have been working in the same industry. 2) Flexible timing - Employers are generally fine with your timing as long as work is done. 3) Great employees - Diverse culture allows mixing and more knowledge on the outside world

    Cons

    1) Lack of career advancement opportunity 2) Management doesnt seem to be honest about what they say to you, although they try to be.
