Good for meeting people, not good as a Career

ProsServiceSource has the ability to hire cool people, that are fun to work with
I made a lot of friends working there
Hours are 8-5
Beers on Fridays at 4 (this might be done, though)

ConsNo opportunity for career advancement
Promotions only tend to come up when people leave
They are always looking for a cheaper way of doing things
Micromanagement is usually the way

Advice to Senior ManagementFigure out a way to develop employees, and give them a career path, rather than a job for a couple years

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
