Pros

-Great PTO - gain 5 hour every 2 weeks

Cons

-Giant popularity contest that judges you more on who you know than the quality of work that you do -Terrible compensation for the amount of work that you do -Reactive, never proactive in anything -Enablement admins are at sales' beck and call all the time and not treated with respect

Advice to Management

-Pay attention to quality employees and give them the respect they deserve -Think at least 1-2 steps ahead for the sanity of everyone -Treat the company like it is part of corporate America and not a high school

    Pros

Good company to start a career at. Gives you great sales experience. While the salary is modest, it is pretty decent for a recent college graduate (the type of people who work here).

    Cons

Young management. Some don't have the experience that they should have. Sometimes there are politics involved with other co workers.

    Advice to Management

Make sure the employees know they are doing a good job and meeting your expectations. Sometimes it feels like we can never do enough to satisfy your requirements.

    Pros

There is really nice people there, their new product is great. Great user interface, great added value to any company. Overall Upper Management team is nice and down to earth.

    Cons

Because nobody takes a moment to think about why they do what they do, everyone is completing tasks with little to no strategy behind it. Additionally EVERYTHING is last minute, so even if you wanted to think because everything needs to be done ASAP you are just not allowed to think. Also there are quite a few slackers, pushing their work to other coworkers with upper management's blessing -- so wrong!

    Advice to Management

Empower strategy, even if it takes you a month longer to achieve your plan. Make sure people think through before executing. Every team except Sales is incredibly understaffed, hire some people to do the job, don't lean on specific individuals to do everything. Promote self-sufficiency, people need to know how to use their tools and pull their own weight.
