Popularity or fear of you triumphs over quality work

Enablement Administrator (Former Employee) Denver, CO

Pros-Great PTO - gain 5 hour every 2 weeks

Cons-Giant popularity contest that judges you more on who you know than the quality of work that you do
-Terrible compensation for the amount of work that you do
-Reactive, never proactive in anything
-Enablement admins are at sales' beck and call all the time and not treated with respect

Advice to Senior Management-Pay attention to quality employees and give them the respect they deserve
-Think at least 1-2 steps ahead for the sanity of everyone
-Treat the company like it is part of corporate America and not a high school

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
