    Pros

very smart people, growing company, great brand identity. it's really a solid little company with huge market aspirations. the company is laser-focused on its mission to help leading technology, health care and life sciences companies grow their maintenance, services and subscription revenues. it's a great place to start your career.

    Cons

the works is monotonous if you are working on the delivery and if you're working on the corporate side the constant state of organizational change can be draining.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

keep hiring great talent and creating new opportunities for talented people in inside sales.

A good entry-level position, but leave before 2 years!

I have been working at ServiceSource

    Pros

Laid back work environment, employees are all relatively young, good work environment, company sponsored events, good entry-level experience

    Cons

pay is below average and bonuses are capped, not treated very well by the companies we represent, overall experience can change drastically depending on what team you are placed on, enviornment can sometimes resemble a high school

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The leadership tends to be more focused and better at forecasting and reporting (aka doing spreadsheets) and less on the actual selling aspect. You are pretty much on your own to develop your skill set since the management has often not even had an account for years and may be stretched too thin taking care of their other responsibilities.
