Less promo & marketing funds compared to competition.

    Great system and environment and you can learn alot there.

    just need to increase their package and open the internal shifting

    - good environment
    - employers matters (they value their personal mostly)
    - occasional trainings

    - personal is not so honest
    - everyone is fighting to promote no matter what.
