Pay rate is average...but, they do pay mileage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your payroll company (Omega) leaves a lot to be desired re: payroll/new hire paperwork issues.

Overworked and underpaid, if there is work at all. Can't count on any stable work

I worked at Set and Service Resources part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I could choose what jobs I accepted. Never full time available though.

    Cons

Poor mileage, poor pay, no training, never meet anyone in person during hiring process. Lack of communication, obvious unorganized staff. Calls and email often go unanswered. Work is not stable and you can not count on a regular pay check.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Blind hiring is not a formula for success, low pay and mileage puts you on the low end of the priority list for work options. Some people have been great to work with, but others are non educated and unqualified. You have no idea who you are hiring. Do your customers realize how your hiring process is? You must have stable work opportunities n order to keep people or they will find work elsewhere.
