I worked at Seton Hall University part-time for more than a year

Pros

Seton Hall provided a very easy going workplace environment which allows you to excel in whatever position you hold. As a continually growing University, new employment and position advancement are always available.

Cons

As a growing University, construction will be taking a primary role on campus thus making the workplace a bit noisy at times.

I have been working at Seton Hall University full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Tuition Remission
Relaxed and flexible at times, depending on what department you work for.
     Good people to work with.
    They have Union positions.
If you are a Upper management, you receive a little more the Union employees, however your raises do not come very often.

    Cons

Salaries ranging from 18,000 to 35,000 approx in an area where rent is 1600.00 for a 1 bedroom.
Employees have to pay to park on campus.
    No room for advancement.
They will spend money on the cosmetics of the University, and not on the employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees what they are worth.
