    Pros

good benefits, great individuals to work for with far more intellect than they are given credit for

    Cons

poor pay compared to other companies, lazy employees, employees treat individual like they have a disease that is contagious, not all, but too many. no benefits for 6 months and way too many trainings during probation period.

    Advice to Management

they should start caring about their senior management more, stop worrying so much about money and worry more about their employees and clients, meaning: stop tearing down perfectly good houses, buying new houses and start paying your employees more money, stop just filling positions with a body because it doesn't work and stop filling empty rooms with just anyone, make sure they fit and are compatible with the people already living there. you are getting too big and forgetting about the important things, like your employees and we are the ones who got you here!!!!!! plus you can only move up just so far, then nothing.
