    I worked at Sharp HealthCare part-time

    Pros

    Great name to get your foot through the door; Initially showed to have great upward mobility but once you reach a certain stage it plateaus; Many hospital facilities that hire internally.

    Cons

    Overwhelming office/hospital politics- tough skin a must have; 'see pros about upward mobility';

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As a student, management worked well with my schedule as my position was very dispensable. My manager practically the only one who cared for her employees which was uncommon with others in the department.

    I worked at Sharp HealthCare full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Data driven, reasonable benefits and pay

    Cons

    Limited advancement, nepotism, low tolerance for feedback , u must conform to the point of withholding disagreement, very top down, your feedback given lip service then the passive aggressive attacks begin

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Most of the directors are insecure and they oppress anyone with talent, a lot of women have advanced by sleeping with docs...show an interest in patient safety that is genuine, director engage in regulatory work around..such an immature executive group directors and above
