    Pros

Awesome benefits. There is not really any other Pro at this time.

    Cons

Micromanaged, no recognition, does not care for quality, but quantity, emphasis on sales even when you are not in a sales environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get back to basics, listen to your customers, give them a product they want with service they want. Don't say one thing and do another towards your employees.

I have been working at Shaw Communications

    Pros

-Opportunities to invest in the company
    -great staff discounts
    -training
    -open door policy
-quick to work on negative aspects

    Cons

    -inefficient communications at times
-customers complain about long wait times when calling support

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

a bit more structure in training would be great, as in -shadow installer for x days, installer shadows trainee for x days, shadow service tech for x days, service tech shadows trainee for x days. Then work closely with trainer with plenty of contact when out alone for x days.
