    Pros

People are nice. Everyone has good intentions, even if a lot of them have no idea what they are doing.
Company really does try to ensure employees have a work/life balance

    Cons

There are a lot of people that don't know what they are doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

While some people are good, they are outnumbered by the bad. There are a lot of people (at all levels of the organization) collecting a salary that need to be fired

    Pros

The environment and culture are great. Treating employees well is the foundation of this company and it shows in how people are treated.

    Cons

There needs to be more thought put into what we do and why. Feel like sometimes the decisions are not done with long term impacts in mind.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Before making decisions, spend some time doing analysis on what the cost benefit is for the long term. Also help break down some of the silo's between Large groups.
