Pay starts really low compared to most call centres
Hours of operation
Never any real floor support
Shaw like to promote company visions that are not true
Only way to advance is to make friends with managers

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees and fix the scheduling as well provide more floor support for help. I beleive fairness to senior employees would be appreciated.
