Shaw Group – “Pay more attention to young Engineers retention”

Pros

The people are great and really nice to work with.
The oppourtunity for field experience.
The way co workers give you a hand in explaining things to you if you need it.

Cons

Really bad benifits package.
Be careful to not get pigeon holed into doing one thing, because they won't let you do anything else after you get too good at it.
My point being, don't get too good at doing something, or management will think that you're too good at that one thing to do anything else, and it'd be a pain to find someone else/train them to do the same thing you are doing.

Advice to Senior Management

Give more responsibility to the younger engineers.
