“Lots of room to grow”
I have been working at Shaw Group full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The company is very open to letting you work in different areas and fields and allowing you to go back to school and figure out what you want to do.
Cons – The company does not always have the best interest of the employees at heart. The coporate world and the site world don't necessarily see eye-to-eye or get along.
