Shaw Group Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Shaw Group full-time for more than a year

Pros – For the most part as long as you stay busy no one bothers you
OK pay
Management is flexible with time off and understandable of family emergency's
Laid back atmosphere

Cons – No set salary (10+ guys here with the same degree all had gotten hired at different pay scales!?!?)
Very little to no training program set in place
Multi management
poor management
management disconnected from shop employees

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
