Shaw Group – “not a very nice place to work”

Pros

The salaries are great, working hours are fair, benefits are compatible with other companies in the same industry.

Cons

Shaw's diversity is non-existant and management makes no effort to address the issue. There are few if any ethnic personnel in upper mnanagement

Advice to Senior Management

You need to pay more than lip service to the lack of diversity in your workforce which is desperately lacking
