ProsGreat Employee Development programs. Good Management. HR worked hard to take care of employees

ConsWork on Saturdays. Still has some of the "good Ol boy" network.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue toward diversity and look outside of the company for new talent.

    Worst place I've ever worked, hands down.

    Pros: Pay is decent, but not for amount of life you give up. Nursing staff on-site for people that work… Cons: Let me start by saying, if you don't have a degree, don't even think about moving up. You will always stay hourly.     Good company to learn skills and training, but not to move up.

    Pros: Continuous training and lots of it. Your skills and knowledge skyrocket while… Cons: My division constantly cuts hours. Layoffs are common. Promotions and wage raises are rare.
