    I worked at Shell Canada as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros: That's a hard one. Ummm it is easy to… Cons: Importance is not based on work performance it's based upon how well you can play their game, not a company of choice for contractors… Advice to Senior Management: Start treating the employees / contractors with the same respect you want and you will find that your teams will automatically… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
