Pros

You and get paid ok with very little work. . Good health benefits, good ability to take care of family matters with management approval. Job for life if you do the mimimum.

Cons

Huge amount of bureaucracy and moving the paper is your “work”. Upper management has put "paper" safety work above successful business activities. The promotion and bonus system is a “who-you–know” or “who-likes-you” not really based upon performance. Even between OpCos if one OpCo needs a lift another will take a hit on the business performance part of bonus. Not transparent, does not seem fair at all. (ok ok they pretend to use referees but all it really is a who is most popular contest.) The bonus are decided BEFORE the end of year reviews are finalized. Making the whole bonus, task setting and accomplishment cycle a farce.
