Shell Oil – “Graduates are placed in a special structured development program.”
Pros
One of the highest paying jobs in Malaysia which pays piss ass poor. It means we have no where else to go.
Excellent training for graduates for their first 5 years.
Cons
Malaysianization is happening. Benefits are slowly ebbing away.
