Work life balance is encouraged and does exist.
Good benefits - access to gym, counselling and end of trip facilities.

ConsBig company so a lot of red tape to get around in order to get things done.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you're trying to cut costs, get rid of the business class flying.

    Pros: Mostly technical, question focused on execution of the projects in… Cons: Contract positions are fragile, as Shell is a huge company with internal applicants, or completion/cancellation… Advice to Senior Management: Make sure contract people are treated as others. More
