Well recognized name in the area and big network of opportunities with in the system. This makes it easy to move around with in the system if necessary.

Cons

There are some issues with managment as it is somewhat secretive. If you are unaware of complexities of healthcare economics in psychiatry, you may find yourself in a hole. Managment does not help you with that.

Advice to Senior Management

It is helpful to let doctors know what they are in for. Work that is expected of them does not quite add to what they need to make.
