Pros

They provide upward mobility in the company to salaried positions from the floor if you just show that you want to take that step

Cons

Maybe more women in more key postions

    Pros

    It pays the bills, Bi weekly pay check, get most mondays off and sundays,

    Cons

    Retail hours, favoritism, impossible budget goals, lead generation calls, rude contractors, lack of diversity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    treat your assistant managers with respect and promote based on actual experience or track record not because you like someone or dislike another.
