Benefits
Minimal Mgmt Interferance
Bonus plan.
Flexible Hours.
Every day is differnt, so it makes the days and weeks go by faster.

Cons

Programs from Upper Mgmt. lack lack planning and knowledge.
Open on sundays and until 7 pm during week, when there are no customers to justify it.

Advice to Senior Management

Get more feedback from store leval employees, and use it to make more informed decisions.
Stop auto shipping products to stores.
