    Pros

    Great Benefits and Great Bonuses

    Cons

Bad Management Practices. They focus on pressure management to achieve goals. If you didn't achieve budgeted numbers you were forced out.

    Advice to Management

District Managers need to be more hands on with training. Don't threaten a person's job if they have a couple of flat months

    Pros

Compensation was great, benefits were also pretty good. The training program inside the store was great. The Cleveland training for Sales Reps was a joke. They act as if we are selling million dollar widgits to CEO's and COO's... We are selling to painters.

    Cons

Expectations of Sales Reps are totally unrealistic, managment tells you to lie and just make it happen. Unreal budgets and negative inpact on employeement history if budgets are not hit.

    Advice to Management

On the national level get back to the basics. Remember when you were a rep, remember when you called on customers. Throw out all the BS and make relationships.
