    Pros

    Pretty flexible hours. Easy work.

    Cons

Had to be on feet all day. Could get pretty hectic. Managers don't always recognize the work you've done.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

It is such a great atmosphere. The people are down to earth and the goals are acheavable. The store becomes your own. Promotions are based on performance and are easily attainable if you are serious about your job. Everyone has almost equal responsibilities when it comes to basic customer service and duties. Communication between managers and employees is fluent and duties are easy to complete. With the mic person job, you are basically a float between all duties running cash register, acting as a floor associate, and minor management duties as well, which creates variety in your work day.

    Cons

The balance of commitment between other employees. During a given day you work with a range of people who are either serious about doing their job, or just want a pay check. Some employees tend to be favored by management, which places others in a semi uncomfortable position because they do not feel adequate enough to approach management.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees advice on what goes on on the sales floor and how it could run better.
