Current Employee – been working at Shoppers Drug Mart full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – good salary and benefits, room for advancement, meet new people, very rewarding to help customers and make them happy,

Cons – very demanding stressful, not a good balance of work/ home life, have to work a large number of hours as a manager,

Advice to Senior Management – Give management a better quality of home life without them feeling guilty or selfish for taking time off to do things with or for there family.
