    Pros

    good salary and benefits, room for advancement, meet new people, very rewarding to help customers and make them happy,

    Cons

    very demanding stressful, not a good balance of work/ home life, have to work a large number of hours as a manager,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give management a better quality of home life without them feeling guilty or selfish for taking time off to do things with or for there family.

    I worked at Shoppers Drug Mart part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Ability to transfer to multiple locations
    - 24 hour locations allow for shift-flexibility

    Cons

    - The wages are poor
    - Inconsistent work weeks- (i.e one week they schedule you 40 hours and the next you get 5... Depending on their needs and never yours)
    - Head Office policies are unreasonable and seem to have no "real" purpose other than mere control
