    Pros

Very easy job. Promotions from within, so its very possible to get into management. Employee discount, employment appreciation once a month, free items around the major holidays.

    Cons

The person that is suppose to relieve you was always late, managers never seemed to care. It was a hassle to close your register due to customers overlooking the 'closed' sign & not caring, rude customers, hours were never consistent.

    Advice to Management

    Please take more management classes.

  2. Good job if you need something temporarily or part time.

    Pros

The people working at Shoprite are very nice and passionate about the work they do for the customers. At the same time the managers are always there for you if you need help with anything.
The store is even willing to work around your schedule.

    Cons

It's very hard to get a full-time position there. On top of that they start you out at minimum wage and there are no benefits.
