    Pros

    -Excellent company
-Once you qualify for them, the benefits are very good for a part time job
-Pay is... well, better than minimum wage
-Interaction with many different types of people
-In many cases your hard work will reflect in your schedule (if you do a good job, they'll reward you with the best shifts)

    Cons

-Interaction with many different types of people
    -Repetitive

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I must say, my management is beyond phenomenal. As long as you're not a scummy employee, they are ALWAYS there for you; so I really have no advice for them.
