I have been working at ShoreTel full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

It was a Great Team and the People were top notch.
The Challenging Work was rewarding to do.

Cons

There was little to no Employee focus. Surveys would be taken but no action would ever result.
The Poor Pay Structure left people with vastly varied compensation packages that were not related to skill set or productivity.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on your employees, they are the talent of the company.

    Pros

    People I work with are really good.
    New CEO also good.

    Cons

    In last so call reorganization company layoff many good people which are expert in there area.
    also last couple of area company only hiring VP ,Director and all executives level position but as per me company need to more engineer and executives.
    Over all HR is good but immigration process is very slow . Last few years many people complained about that but still this problem not fix.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I trust in new CEO. He is very good leader ,,,

    Pros

    There was a significant repository of expertise in many areas of engineering and marketing.

    Cons

    Blind reorganization got rid of many of the experts who were uniquely knowledgeable in their fields. The shortsighted elimination of a number of them caused many others to seek other companies, leaving the remainder dessicated and overworked.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Know your own experts before you irresponsibly hand the keys over to unknowns. The people telling you what you want to hear are not helping you.
