    Pros

To get a foot into the gaming and/or manufacturing industry. Cut your teeth and then bail.

    Cons

Extreme cronyism, lack of respect unless you are in the Ivory Tower, thouroughly mismanaged and fiscally irresponsible.

The arrogance and complaceny levels of upper management are quite hard to fathom, especially in this economic environment. These actions have been going on for a while without any sign of letting up.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and listen to the new board member that was recently brought onboard. Even though it may be too late, try to be more open with employees and customers.

It would be a great place to work if management would invest in its people.

    Pros

If you need a job and happen to get hired, take it, but continue your job search.

    Cons

Long hours, low employee morale, and low salaries. Shuffle is "top heavy" in that they pay their senior executives high salaries and pay the employees who actually do the work towards the low end of the pay scale. There is a lot of voluntary turnover across all departments, though it has slowed down recently due to the slowdown in the economy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management is out of date and out of touch. More growth from within will improve employee morale, and in the long run, company performance. A viable training/mentoring program would also help to improve the company. Essentially, management does not invest in it's own people, yet it's the best investment they could possibly make.
