Current Employee – been working at Shure as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Shure has a great culture, management keeps employees well informed of products and future strategies, and there are great employees in general. The headquarters building is nice, and they invest heavily into engineering and facilities.
Cons – It's a small company, so it may not have the opportunities for growth you're looking for. That also means they simply don't hire that many people.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
