Pros

Used to be because SiRF was a market leader - now, not so sure anymore.

Cons

Downside? Poor stock performance, poor benefits, long working hours, uncoordinated teams

Advice to Senior Management

Be more organized, make the right decisions, allow the right people to execute, recognize what is "right", overhaul of company culture
