I worked at Siemens AG

Pros – Brand Name. The only factor to work for SIEMENS AG is to earn the brand name, and that what every one else is doing. The the employee turnover ratio is very high.
There is no professional growth. Knowledge is neither transfered nor shared at any levels of organization. Salaries aren't that competitive either.
So employee just earn the brand name and use it for next better career jump!

Cons – Sheer Nepotism by higher management.

Advice to Senior Management – I would like to advise SIEMENS HQ to have a look what's going on their regional head offices @ HR front.
