Current Employee – been working at Siemens AG

Pros – it is stable place to work here, so it is good place to keep blance between job and familly.
Could be better

Cons – not very exiting, and mid lavel salary.
No much event or team building.
No good Gym stuff for employee.
It should be better

Advice to Senior Management – Should give young eningeers more chanllenge so they can grow up quickly.
Also, they should make more events to make team building better
