Pros – Siemens teaches you the professionalism in you. Here you can learn good engineering, and a good solution provider.

Cons – At Siemens, there is no value of good talent. Like of some one is on contract, and he is a good performer, even then he/she is not appreciated and promoted to a permanent position.
