I worked at Siemens AG as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Siemens is a really big company, very organized. I learnt a lot about how people work in big corporation, and how to communicate with others and arrange meetings.

Cons – The department was really huge, so I coulld not get to know everyone. And sometimes the authorization process was very complicated and took a long rime, not very efficient.

Advice to Senior Management – Maybe minimise the procedules.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
