I have been working at Siemens Building Technologies North America full-time for more than a year

Pros – Staff is all very intelligent and experienced. Products and services are good when executed properly. Good benefits, good working environment.

Cons – Inflated management, understaffed operations, poorly executed solutions, untimely service, non-responsiveness, no accountability, customer dissatisfaction, way too many procedures and not enought solutions to problems, lack of customer-focus.

Advice to Senior Management – Concentrate on proper execution. Plan accordingly for operations to be prepared for workload.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
