Flexible schedule, good pay for someone straight out of college plus you get a company car. Theoretically your earning potential is unlimited, though it's not as easy as it sounds. People are nice and helpful if you ask.

Cons

You should be pretty technical going into this position. Getting started with selling has been quite difficult as there is little guidance or support from management.

Advice to Senior Management

Get to know your employees and keep an open door for those with questions, comments, concerns. Also if you're going to invest money in the company's future leaders, you should also take the time to fully develop their skills along the way. Keep new hires involved and part of the team right from the start!
