I worked at Siemens Corp full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Opportunity to learn about Building Automation controls was phenomenal and I was able to work at Universities, Hospitals and Commercial buildings. I enjoyed programming PPCL and working out in the field. I thrived on trouble-shooting and making all the systems work as they were supposed to, according to the Contract with the customer.

    Cons

Performance review process was conducted very poorly. If you're already at the top of your pay range for your position, management does not promote you or give you a raise in salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you're going to hire a foreign national as a Full-time employee, please make sure the local HR person knows the rules pertaining to that.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
