Cons

Company very strict. Inequity amongst its different operating divisions. Too German, expect a US employee to do things that may be common in Europe, but unheard of in US.

Advice to Senior Management

Assimilate to your surroundings, while provided equitable compensation plans around the globe. Provide for more international assignements to US staff.
