I worked at Siemens as an intern for less than a year

Pros

Siemens is a really big company, very organized. I learnt a lot about how people work in big corporation, and how to communicate with others and arrange meetings.

Cons

The department was really huge, so I coulld not get to know everyone. And sometimes the authorization process was very complicated and took a long rime, not very efficient.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe minimise the procedules.

I have been working at Siemens as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

The opportunities, research, benefits are good. Being Siemens, it is one of the most valueable names that a person can have on his/her resume.

    Cons

Alienation, esp if you are a student who is not from this part of the state, it is impossible for you to integrate yourself with the student community, who tend to avoid you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make atmosphere more International. This is one of the biggest MNC's in the world and people in HQ don't even talk in English.

I worked at Siemens as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Except for those engineering knowledge, I can learn how Siemens conduct a big project.

    Cons

Working at Siemens, Lt. Taiwan, there are lots of documents needed to be translated, so sometimes this kind of work is sort of tedius.
