Waste of good talent

ProsStaff is all very intelligent and experienced. Products and services are good when executed properly. Good benefits, good working environment.

ConsInflated management, understaffed operations, poorly executed solutions, untimely service, non-responsiveness, no accountability, customer dissatisfaction, way too many procedures and not enought solutions to problems, lack of customer-focus.

Advice to Senior ManagementConcentrate on proper execution. Plan accordingly for operations to be prepared for workload.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    OK, but don't get your hopes up
